Zoe is a principal in the Consumer practice. I began my career in Human Resources for a high-profile fashion retailer, straight after graduating from a degree in Fashion PR & Marketing. This gave me a great foundation of knowledge for organizational design, reward and pay structures as well as employment law and talent. With a thirst for knowledge and enjoying trend and research analysis, I relocated to London full time to venture the world of research in Executive Search, on behalf of a Founder led consumer specialist boutique. This position evolved my practice knowledge and network, whilst beginning my journey of candidate and client focused delivery and research management across the sector. After three years, I joined the Research and Delivery team of Korn Ferry’s Global Retail and Consumer Market based from their London office; working across the EMEA and UK regions respectively. It was during this time I majored in Retail, for both the next generation leadership hiring through to Board level appointments, for a broad range of consumer public, private and PE backed businesses. Following five fantastic years, I joined a leading consumer private equity specialist as an Associate Director of the company, to evolve an even deeper knowledge of the sector. This time was spent working globally with and for a variety of funds, recently exited or founder led companies, before joining Savannah Group in 2023.
