"After studying business administration with a focus on human resources management and marketing, I entered the field of personnel consulting in 2006. From my beginnings as a researcher and consultant in executive search to my role as principal and my position as senior personnel consultant and head of research, I was able to successfully demonstrate my expertise in filling middle and top management positions as well as selected specialist functions along the entire supply chain and grow personally and professionally. My industry focus is on the manufacturing industry - such as automotive suppliers, electronics, mechanics, mechanical engineering, medical technology, measurement technology and energy. I strengthen the Headgate team as a key account manager and see myself as a sparring partner for our customers and candidates. I attach great importance to a collaborative partnership on equal terms, characterized by trust, transparency, authenticity and commitment. I am happily married and the proud mother of a son. Our free time is spent doing family activities in nature. I keep fit by jogging and cycling regularly and I enjoy painting and playing the piano."
