Debra has over a decade of executive recruitment experience coupled with a diverse background in management of administration, technology, customer service and sales gained over the span of her more than 30-year career. Prior to joining KBRS, Debra worked as an Executive Recruiter and Research Consultant for a Toronto-based information research firm. She also held various titles during her 20 years with a Toronto-based executive search and human resources consulting firm. She has earned a reputation for candidate identification and service delivery through her experience, primarily focused on the public sector, including municipalities, academic institutions, and libraries, as well as finance, hospitality, real estate, construction, and manufacturing.
