As a Partner of Parangon Partners, he is dedicated to advising the Boards of Directors and Senior Management of Spanish and international companies, as well as the search for Directors and Executives. His career has spanned more than twenty years in senior management positions in top-tier companies in the infrastructure, industry, energy, communication and technology sectors. From these positions he has promoted international expansion processes, development of new businesses and markets, restructuring and acquisitions, changes in business and organizational models. He has been an entrepreneur in the field of new technologies through a pioneering company in the sector, today present in several countries in Europe and Latin America. During the last years he has directed the Executive Education division of IESE, where he has advised numerous directors and directors of relevant companies. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of an important industrial company in the naval sector. Pedro is a Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Executive MBA from IESE, University of Navarra and Certificate in Good Governance of Listed Companies from the Institute of Managing Directors.
