Artem leads the N2Growth Russia team focusing on executive search, leadership advisory & talent acquisition consulting to support our global & local clients. Artem brings over 15 years of experience in Executive Search, Recruitment Process Outsourcing & in-house HR. He successfully realized projects & led teams in Kazakhstan, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, and other countries in Europe & Asia. Prior to joining N2Growth Artem worked for Groupe Renault in an executive role in HR, focusing on strategic staffing, leadership capabilities & digital transformation in the Eurasia region. He also acted as HR leader for a family office and a holding company with core activities in Metals & Mining in Russia & Ukraine. Earlier in his career, Artem worked for a well-established international Search & Selection firm and later managed his own Recruitment Process Outsourcing & Executive Search company serving clients in a vast variety of industry sectors. Artem holds an MBA degree from “Skolkovo” Moscow School of Management and a Ph.D. in Economics from NNSTU.
