Teodozja graduated in Hungarian and English studies from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland. She started her career in Hungary joining Wizzair upon their start in CEE. She worked in Customer Relations, Sales & Marketing, then joined Revenue Management. At TARGET Executive Search Teodozja specializes in international recruitment projects across Central-Eastern Europe. She speaks fluently Hungarian and English besides her native Polish and conversational Russian. She is passionate about discovering new areas and industries.
