Biography
Ben Hennesy joined Oxford HR’s Research Team in May 2022, bringing with him over a decade of Search work across the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors supporting organizations based in three continents. His background boasts experience both leading and executing delivery across a varied suite of HR services and projects including Executive-Level Headhunting, Leadership Assessment and Employee Development Consultation, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing. He has provided these services for a diverse range of organizations from the startup level all the way up to industry/sector leading companies, government agencies, and international NGOs, and has had proven success supporting critical needs at every organizational level from the C-suite to the boot-on-the-ground workers.
Ben holds a BA in English Literature and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and is a published author. In addition to his work supporting healthcare delivery and development, he has a passion for working within underserved populations and has spent the past 6 years of his life utilizing this creative side to help teens in underdeveloped areas of the US cultivate their collaborative and critical thinking skills through his theatre company.
