My Handler story is unique and through a series of seemingly unrelated events, Eric Handler and I came together to build the new Handler. In 2015 I joined Team Handler as a search consultant and today I am responsible for the client success of all Handler searches as Handler’s Search Partner. Delivering leaders worth following and serving others are my passions. I believe the breadth of my business career has prepared me for this time to serve our clients with excellence, partnership, accountability, and enthusiasm. To know me is to know Handler is the best job of my life! Before joining Handler, I served ten years as a co-founder and Chief Advancement Officer for an independent, K-12 new school in Alpharetta raising over $50 million in charitable contributions and developing its 75-acre campus. I left a great career at Speer & Associates to devote the time needed for this non-profit. At Speer, I enjoyed a 15-year career as a management consultant leading strategic consulting engagements worldwide as a financial services/ banking expert. This included organizational structure and talent. Upon graduation of UGA’s Terry College of Business, I completed the management program at an Atlanta regional bank, Bank South. I served as a corporate lender and managed a $60 million loan portfolio of top Atlanta companies and their executives.
