Linda Schaler has over 20 years of Executive Search, Advertising, Media and Marketing industry experience. Her clients range from small companies and start-ups to large corporations, global agencies and marketing service firms. Linda considers her experience and relationships integral to conducting senior level searches within the marketing, media, technology and communications industries. Prior to joining August Leadership, Linda was President of Stephen-Bradford Search, where she led the Advertising/Media/Marketing/Digital, Technology and Life Sciences practices (including: strategy and insights, analytics and data management). She was also responsible for providing the firm’s clients with insights and direction on evolving their organizational structures and capabilities. Linda’s search career was preceded by a successful career in Advertising and Marketing, during which she worked at several global agencies, including: Grey, Bozell and Jordan McGrath/Arnold WW. In this capacity she had the benefit of partnering with major blue-chip clients such as Kraft, Revlon, BASF and Procter & Gamble as well as leading healthcare companies, including: Novartis and SmithKline Beecham.
