Since 1997 Casper has worked with recruitment and headhunting of managers and directors as well as development of management teams. He has successfully solved several tasks in this area both nationally and internationally. Casper started out as an officer in the Danish army, where he has held management positions in Denmark and in international operations for a number of years. His experience also includes an extended period as HR Director for a large, Danish retail chain.
