Alice (she/her) is a partner in True’s People, Talent & Legal practice where she helps match high-impact talent leaders with innovative organizations. Prior to joining True, Alice spent a decade leading executive search in the social sector as a partner at On-Ramps. There, her work focused on C-suite hiring across a wide array of functions and issue areas. While at On-Ramps, Alice also played a leadership role in helping to advance and uphold the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) values both internally and with clients. Alice’s passion for talent and DE&I stems from her early career working in schools and on staff at Teach For America, where she served as a director of recruitment and human assets business partner. This early, first-hand experience witnessing what’s possible when talented leaders are placed in the right role continues to fuel her work today. Alice is a graduate of the University of Georgia and continues to remain involved in education as a board member at Belmont Charter School in Philadelphia.
