Erika brings nearly 15 years of recruiting, project management and sales experience to her role as director at RETS Associates, where she leads the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina office. Prior to joining the team, she spent four years at Huntington Partners in Charlotte, North Carolina as an executive recruiter and project manager overseeing all aspects of the executive search process. In 2017, she was ranked in the top four percent of LinkedIn recruiter users globally by the LinkedIn Recruiter Index. Erika thrives on helping people figure out their next step in life, what they are passionate about and which opportunities are worth pursuing. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants with friends, walking her puppy Sadie Mae (double name because she’s southern) or vacationing in the Outer Banks.
