My name is Christa Gylling and I work for Compass as a Consultant focusing on assignments with an emphasis on Specialist and Managerial positions as well as career coaching. I have studied social psychology at the University of Helsinki, business at Hanken as well as NLP and coaching. I enjoy project-based work, meeting different people and creating long term relationships with customers and candidates. Fast-paced problem solving that requires good people skills is what attracts me to this job. My spare time I spend with my family and I enjoy travelling, reading books and practicing yoga.
