Chloe obtained an LLB (Hons) from the University of Leeds and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. Chloe worked as a dispute resolution solicitor in private practice for seven years before moving into legal recruitment in 2015 to focus on the Birmingham private practice market. Chloe joined Taylor Root as an Associate Director in September 2019 as part of their new Birmingham office, covering private practice roles across the Midlands region.
