Barbara trained as an economist at the University of Hertfordshire. She also has an MBA from the University of Middlesex and University of Pecs. She started her professional career with an international executive recruitment firm focussing on financial services in addition to which she project managed the establishment of a complex CEE Marketing & Sales Centre for one of her automotive clients. Barbara spent a year at JonesLangLaSalle in 2006, becoming familiar with the commercial real estate market. She has been managing IRC Hungary (BM Recruitment) since 2007 and has specifically grown the executive search business since 2010. Since then her focus has been on executive appointments primarily in the construction and real estate, legal, diagnostic, production and manufacturing, telecommunication and finance industries. Besides her native Hungarian, she speaks fluent English.
