Ashish Sanganeria has been a trusted adviser for start-ups/entrepreneurs on talent acquisition and worked with PE and VC's to build the leadership team of their portfolio companies for over a decade. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, he was the Partner and founding team member of a boutique Indian search firm and worked across business sectors. Ashish has played a key role in building the Digital and Technology practice for them. Before joining the Executive Search Industry in 2004, Ashish held several positions in sales, business development and operations. Ashish holds a Bachelor's in Finance from DAVV University and a PGDHRD, Human Resources from ISSW.
