Rhodie Miller has been with HGI since 2006 when she joined as a member of our Research Team, progressing to Recruitment Consultant. She has since developed her client and candidate networks throughout Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United Kingdom, and now holds the post of Team Lead & Principal Search Consultant

Rhodie is a specialist, professional recruiter with extensive experience in public sector, not for profit and health (public and private) recruitment. Her hallmark is rapid turnaround and complex sourcing for positions that have a reputation for being very difficult to recruit to.

Rhodie is thorough in understanding the brief and skilled in sourcing the right people with the right capabilities using contemporary techniques. She builds long term relationships with clients and makes connections to add value where she genuinely can.
