For 16 years, the mechanical engineer and business economist has successfully designed and supported technology projects for medium-sized companies and corporations worldwide. For example, the consultant modernized the engine development process of the Mercedes-Benz AMG division. For ten years, Martin Seyfarth was a member of the top management and board of a software company, with personnel responsibility for more than 100 employees. In 2024, he decided to join Liebich & Partner and enriches the range of services with his implementation experience of, among other things, scaled agile frameworks, artificial intelligence (AI), and AI chatbots for process and method optimization in organizational development projects.
