Biography
Kath leads Queensland and NSW's career transition and outplacement practice.
With extensive experience in senior professional, corporate and operational capacities, Kath supports mid-to-senior-level executives and business leaders through their career transitions, and has experience with many large-scale change projects across a variety of sectors.
Kath consults with organisations to develop and refine transition, and provides counsel and career advice to executives. Her expertise includes assisting organisations during periods of significant change, providing strategic advice, delivering one-on-one career counsel and providing ongoing support throughout the career transition process, group facilitation and project management.
A founding member of SHK, and was previously employed by one of the world’s largest investment banks, a state government ministry and an international executive recruitment firm.
Kath holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from RMIT University and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Psychological Science at Swinburne University.
