Pieter Overweg (1975) grew up in Enschede and studied Business/Corporate Communications at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 2002. After graduating, Pieter worked for several years at Cisco Systems as an Account Manager. In 2005 he made the conscious switch to the recruitment profession. Within this, Pieter has further qualified himself in the executive search profession, for both interim and permanent positions. In 2022, Pieter made the switch to The Executive Network. Pieter has a genuine interest in people and what drives and moves them. He is enthusiastic and positive and a real relationship person. The right person in the right place is what drives him and this is why he gets so much energy from his job as a Senior Associate at The Executive Network. In his spare time, Pieter is an enthusiastic golfer and likes to be found on the golf course with his wife and children. He also likes good food and beautiful trips.
