Kristen has more than 20 years’ experience in recruitment in a variety of industry sectors, including periods as MD of both an Energy, and a Technology Recruitment firm, each turning over in excess of £100m per annum. He has a thorough understanding of opening, running and growing multi-office international recruitment teams at both operational and executive level. Having started his career as a graduate trainee at a global contract recruitment company, he has first-hand experience of the difficulties and challenges faced at all levels of the career ladder.
