Josh Crist is a Partner of Crist|Kolder Associates. He focuses on the recruitment of Financial Officers across varied industries including Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Healthcare/Medical Devices, and Financial Services. His client coverage spans publicly traded, private equity owned and privately held companies. Prior to joining Crist|Kolder in June 2008, Josh worked in the Chicago office of DHR International, the fifth largest search firm in the United States. He most recently served as Vice President of Operations for DHR, with responsibility for the recruitment of Partners on a global scale, as well as execution of search projects across industries and functions.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont, with a focus on Political Science and Business Administration. He serves on the Board of Directors of the University of Vermont Alumni Association, and previously served on the Associate Board of the Jane Addams Hull House Association.
