Will is a Partner in Sousou Partners’ New York office, where he oversees Real Assets searches across North America. Will specializes in working with clients across the capital stack, including Private Equity Groups, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Investment Managers, Developers, Investment Banks and Portfolio Companies. Prior to joining Sousou Partners in 2021, Will worked at Ferguson Partners, a global real estate boutique executive search firm, in London. His experience spans across North America, Europe and the Middle East. Will graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry from the University of Manchester.
