Hi, I’m Craig! I joined Spencer Clarke Group in the summer of 2025 as a Recruitment Consultant and I specialise in permanent recruitment for Children’s Residential Services across the UK. My recruitment journey began in 2018 when I joined another agency as their first employee. Over three years, I worked my way up to a Team Leader position, where I was responsible for permanent recruitment for children’s homes nationwide. I later progressed into a Recruitment Manager role, continuing to work within the Children’s Residential sector - an area I am really passionate about. I’ve always enjoyed recruitment because I love working with people including the team around me, clients and candidates who I support daily. The relationships I build along the way are really important to me and it's such a rewarding career path. At Spencer Clarke Group, I am passionate about creating an efficient process for candidates and clients alike and building a team to support the growing network of people we work alongside. Outside of work, you’ll find me playing golf or rugby and I’m a big fan of football and Formula 1. For over a decade, I’ve supported a close friend who’s gone from karting champion to driving in Formula 3, including races at Mazda Brands Hatch. It's been an incredible journey to be part of.
