Isabel joined Schelstraete Delacourt in 1999. As a planned career move, she joined a HR consultancy firm in 2003 to concentrate on assessment and development center consulting. She re-joined our company as an Executive Search Consultant in 2009 and is Partner since 2021. Isabel focuses on a wide range of businesses, with a particular interest in Banking & Insurance. In parallel, she specializes in local CEO searches and Director Search. Isabel took the Board Effectiveness course at Guberna Institute for Directors and is a Certified Assessor in Hogan Assessments and in the Circumplex Leadership Scan (PerCo), further enhancing her expertise in leadership development.
