Morgan is a Partner with Amrop Ireland. Previously, he served as a senior military officer with the Irish Defence Forces with operational experience in the Balkans, Middle East and Africa. During his time in uniform he was fortunate enough to gain experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in many different operational scenarios, both at home and abroad. He had the opportunity to lead teams in Kosovo, Liberia, Chad and Sierra Leone - always on interesting and challenging missions. In addition to operational deployments, Morgan also worked in HR Section, at Defence Headquarters on several large-scale transformation projects including organisational change and talent identification. Laterally, Morgan has held senior roles with a major supply chain and logistics organisation. He is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway and holds an MBA from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
