Peter has been entrusted by his clients to perform numerous high value strategic hiring campaigns and talent identification processes. In particular, he has a track record of team lift outs ranging from small team units to larger groups. He prides himself on his discretion, analytical approach and speed of quality delivery. In addition to his client centric activities Peter is also deeply involved in the improvement of HW Anderson’s processes and the identification of high quality individuals to join the firm. Upon founding HW Anderson in 2014 his motivation was to create a search firm that was front office focused, leveraged modern tools to empower traditional methods, was dedicated to a collaborative team mindset and worked with a closely held group of elite clients. He is a regular industry commentator and has appeared in media outlets including Bloomberg, The FT, Reuters and the WSJ.
