Paul serves as the Managing Partner of McDermott + Bull Canada, where he offers 20 years of proven achievement in executive level talent acquisition across North America and internationally. He is a driving force in assisting corporate clients to engage and recruit key executives in a variety of industries, markets, and functional disciplines. Paul’s focus is working with privately-held companies and private equity firms that require key executive talent in competitive business environments.

Prior to joining the firm, Paul was the Managing Director of a well-established management consulting firm with offices across Canada. Paul is the past President of the Hong Kong Canada Business Association, a bilateral trade organization focused on increasing trade between Asia and Canada. He started his career working in the Financial Services Industry with a leading Canadian insurance company.

Paul’s educational background includes a degree in economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
