Biography
Dalil began his career in engineering in large design offices in Morocco, before spending several years with a major European manufacturer of telecommunications infrastructure and solutions as Key Account Director.
He subsequently joined the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion Group within its engineering subsidiary, where he notably led a major modernization and merger-acquisition operation which gave rise to a major player in consulting and engineering in Morocco.
In 2005, Dalil took over as General Manager of the Hassania School of Public Works in Casablanca, where he built and implemented an ambitious development strategy that would make the School shine in Morocco and abroad in its missions of training engineers and continuing education on several management themes.
In 2010, Dalil was appointed Director General of the Moroccan National Airports Office, where he implemented a vast restructuring project, change management, and overhaul of good governance bodies and processes, in a complex, strategic, and sensitive environment.
During his professional career, Dalil has also carried out several missions on behalf of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
Since 2015, drawing on his experience as a manager in large companies, and his deep and intimate conviction that people are at the center of any sustainable managerial approach, Dalil has provided his expertise to large companies, particularly in strategic thinking, management and human resources training, individual and team managerial support, and on issues of change management in complex environments.
At Exec Avenue, a Eurosearch Company, Dalil brings his multicultural leadership expertise to support Moroccan and international companies in their development in Morocco, sub-Saharan Africa, and the MENA region.
He participates in the development of Executive Recruitment, Transition Management, and Leadership Consulting services.
