Marco obtained his Degree in Economics from the University of Turin, but people were always his passion, as proven by a career spanning two decades in HR and an HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business. In 1998 he joined Ernst&Young Consultants – now Capgemini – where he consolidated his expertise. In 2005, he moved to GE Capital Solution Equipment Financing as HR Manager. In 2008 he joined Novartis as HR Head Oncology Italy and in 2015 he was put in charge of Talent Management & Organizational Development for the area for the whole of Europe. He is a coach (ACC ICF Certificate). He loves enjoying life with his family, travelling any time he can in search of cultural and food experience. He works in Italian and English.
