Prior to joining Amrop Switzerland as a Partner, Lars van den Bosch was working as a Managing Director at UBS and Credit Suisse in Switzerland and Singapore. With over 25 years of international experience in the banking and professional services industry, he has held numerous HR and Private Banking leadership roles. His expertise in selecting key executives is among other things based on his experience in advising leaders at board and management level, and additionally in leading global teams through business situations such as growth, downturn, crisis, M&A, restructuring, and transformation. Lars van den Bosch’s further education include coaching and organizational development (e.g. Master of Coaching), Strategy/Business Administration (Stanford University, SEP), Human Resources (NDS HR Management) and Fiduciary (FA).
