Vini joined Options Group in 2006, when the firm opened its São Paulo office. A Brazilian native, Vini has expertise in both buy-side and sell-side practices, including: Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management & PWM. He is responsible for OG´s Latam Practice, with a presence in Bogotá as well. Previously, Vini worked in the asset finance department at El Paso Energy International, on the sales and trading desk of Banco BTG Pactual, and at Banco BBM in their credit operations structuring group. He has a postgraduate degree in Finance from IBMEC and an Economics degree from the PUC – Rio de Janeiro. Away from the office Vini enjoys playing and watching tennis and is a big Roger Federer fan. He speaks native Portuguese, as well as English and Spanish having lived in the U.S. and Mexico growing up.
