Mr. Bhatt has significant experience with infrastructure and energy investors, large private equity and corporate clients on both buy- and sell-side due diligence mandates. He has provided international structuring support for acquisitions, disposals, dividend recaps, MBO’s and IPO’s. Mr. Bhatt has worked with clients across a range of industries, including core infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, retail and industrials. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bhatt spent eight years with the Infrastructure and Private Equity practices at KPMG, serving most recently as Director. Mr. Bhatt earned a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Southampton and a master’s degree in law from University College London. He is a British national.
