Adam Johnson is a Tax & Business Services director in the Firm’s Portland, Maine, office. Mr. Johnson joined Marcum LLP in 2019 via the merger of Dawson, Smith, Purvis & Bassett, P.A. (DSPB) into Marcum’s New England Region. Mr. Johnson’s primary areas of concentration are tax planning and compliance for privately owned businesses and individuals, as well as reviews and compilations of financial statements. Mr. Johnson serves a diverse client base, including wholesale product distributors; retail establishments; medical, technology, and other service professionals; real estate developers and investors; and not-for-profit entities.
