Biography
Greg Feder co-founded Northbound in 2010 and holds operations responsibilities for the firm while overseeing two of the company's recruiting divisions. Greg has spent the majority of his career in leadership positions at Fortune 100 companies, including nine years at American Express. As Vice President, Greg led the development of marketing programs and early tenure customer onboarding programs as well as the successful transformation of the company's direct mail channel. Greg received a variety of leadership, quality, and innovation awards at American Express, including the prestigious Champions Award. Prior to American Express, Greg held a variety of consumer marketing positions at Philips Electronics North America while rotating within the organization's executive management program. Greg started his career at Avnet, a leading B2B company that has been recognized as one of Fortune's Most Admired Companies and just before launching Northbound, Greg co-led the successful growth of a marketing communications firm in NJ. Greg earned his Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Management from the University at Albany and an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management, where he graduated with high honors. Outside the office, Greg enjoys the outdoors, listening to music, watching and playing sports, traveling, and most of all, spending time with his wife and two fantastic children.
