Thomas started his career in the British Army and later transitioned into sales and recruitment. His army career gave him a solid foundation of hard work ethic, discipline, and selfless commitment, which he has adapted to his candidates and clients. Outside the office, Thomas plays rugby for Thamesians RFC in Twickenham.
