Originally from New Jersey, Marina earned her undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management with a Minor in Event Planning, and earned her MBA from Endicott College. She has worked in corporate events and management for some of fashion’s biggest names. Marina’s experience in these roles provided her with valuable insight into client communications with high end brands. As a Managing Director at Fourth Floor, she excels at building lasting relationships with her clients and finding talented, motivated candidates. She loves matching candidates with the perfect job opportunity. In her spare time, Marina can be found practicing yoga, trying new restaurants, and watching her favorite TV shows.
