With more than 20 years of experience in headhunting, Philippe supports a wide spectrum of companies (multinationals, Mid-Cap, growth companies) presenting various forms of shareholding (listed companies, Family business) and financing methods (LBO, Private Equity). Philippe has successfully recruited generalist (CFO, Financial Controller, etc.) or specialist (M&A, investor relations, taxation, treasury, accounting / consolidation, audit, internal control, industrial controlling, ERP experts, etc.) profiles. The issues addressed are broad: organizational structuring, transformation, build-up, IPO. Previously, Philippe started his career in consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers before accumulating several business development experiences. During his career, Philippe has also carried out numerous “C-Level” recruitments in France and abroad: CEO, COO, Business development, Human resources in industry and services. Philippe graduated from the École Supérieure de Commerce in Tours (Major in Finance & Audit).
