Starting her career at PwC in Ireland (where she earned her CA qualification), she moved to Sydney in 2013 and transitioned into recruitment. Noreen leads TOM’s Financial Services Finance & Accounting team, specialising in senior finance placements across CFOs, Heads of Finance, Treasurers, FP&A professionals, Heads of Tax, and more. Known for her positive energy, genuine care, and passion for supporting female talent, she has deep connections across the finance sector, particularly with returning Australian professionals.
