Bart brings over two decades of dynamic experience in diverse management roles across the facilities, security, and fin & insurtech sectors. His journey spans various organizational sizes, from SMEs and family-owned companies to listed multinationals. Commencing his career as a criminal law trainer at G4S, Bart quickly gained recognition as a skilled and knowledgeable professional, swiftly progressing through the ranks and eventually assuming the role of Managing Director at Trigion, a division of Facilicom. During his tenure, Bart not only achieved significant growth, quintupling the company’s size, but also actively participated in industry leadership, serving on the board of the facilities federation and the joint committee for over 8 years. Building on this success, he transitioned to become the Operations Director at an Insurtech company, where he continued to thrive at the intersection of operations and sales, always with a focus on human capital. In 2021, fueled by his extensive experience and a genuine interest in people, human capital and unions, Bart made a strategic shift to executive search. Joining Signium in 2024 as an Executive Search Partner, he brings a wealth of insights to the team. Bart holds a Licentiate in Criminological Sciences (VUB), complemented by a master’s degree in business economics (KUL) and a master’s degree in aviation management (Concordia University, Montréal). Beyond his professional achievements, Bart is a devoted father to three children. On weekends, you’ll find him either cycling or on a sports field, passionately supporting his children.
