Monica is a professional with a solid experience in Executive Search and Business Development. After the degree in Political Science, Monica started her experience in 2012 in a Multinational Company as a Recruiter. In 2017 she joined AIMS International Italy at Milan office and she is in charge of Executive Search & Selection projects, Organizational Mapping, Client Management as well as Assessment for leading Italian and multinational clients. She has gained a deep knowledge of the Chemical, Industrial and Consumer markets, specializing in executive recruitment of managerial positions.
