Jerry works alongside Matt Ellis as a Consultant within the technology team at Mondrian Alpha. His primary focus includes extensive market mapping and the delivery of high-quality technology mandates for hedge fund clients. He specialises in sourcing software engineers, data engineers, quant developers, and broader application-focused talent across the US, with a particular emphasis on New York and Chicago. Prior to joining Mondrian Alpha, Jerry spent five years as a technology recruiter at a boutique agency, where he focused on fintech and buy-side technology placements. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. He is also the first US hire for the technology team. Outside of work, he is a dedicated endurance athlete, husband, father, and a three-time Ironman finisher.
