Biography
Rachel Fleishman, Associate at Sandler Search, has six years of professional experience in nonprofit development and program management. She specializes in supporting with searches in Sandler’s Israel/Jewish practice as well as a focus on development and executive level placements.
Most recently, Rachel served as Development Associate at Penn Hillel, where she specialized in donor stewardship and communications.
Prior to her time on Penn’s campus, Rachel managed the Observership Program at UJA-Federation of New York, where she placed 180 emerging philanthropic leaders on nonprofit boards and committees. Rachel also started her career at UJA-Federation of New York, serving as Senior Development Assistant in Women’s Philanthropy.
Rachel holds a BA in Sociology from Bucknell University, and she has always enjoyed volunteering in the nonprofit sector especially for Girls on the Run and Education Alliance. Originally from Philadelphia, Rachel now lives in Manhattan with her husband.
