Education Anja Schelte holds a degree in German and Romance Languages and Literature from the University of Bonn, Germany. Anja also passed the 1st and 2nd state law examinations and has worked as a lecturer at the Università degli studi di Padova, Italy. Professional Career Anja Schelte has been an executive search consultant since 1991. Among many other achievements, she built up and managed the Healthcare and Public Sector Practices for a leading executive search firm. She joined Delta Management Consultants in 2002. Consulting Practice Anja Schelte has wide-ranging experience in executive search mandates for social services providers such as hospitals and other non-profit organizations. Her additional interdisciplinary expertise stems from her work in all relevant areas of the public sector, including with various associations and charities. Anja’s longstanding clients include firms from the service sector, such as advertising, facility management, professional services and insurance companies, and she also assists the Evangelical and Catholic Churches in their business activities. Developing and conducting management audits is a further significant area of specialization for Anja Schelte.
