Andrew Glynn is a Managing Director in our Associate Practice Group, where he focuses on placing lawyers of all levels at top-tier boutique, regional, national and international law firms. He considers himself a storyteller as it is his job to gain a true understanding of his clients’ and candidates’ needs and tell their tales in the market. His ultimate goal is to get the right candidates in the right roles, not just placing any candidate in any role. Andrew works closely with his candidates to develop a career plan that best fits their goals and will led to the best opportunities for their individual plans. He believes in developing relationships with everyone he meets, learning as much as possible about them and their needs so that he can always provide as much information as possible to be able to give guidance and advice. Andrew is also a proud union actor, having performed on Off-Broadway and in regional theatre across the country. He has also performed voice-over work for radio and audio books and has acted in numerous commercials and on television. Andrew is an avid runner and a huge Red Sox fan.
