Originally, Marion wanted to be a lawyer, which is why she decided to study law. Thereafter she integrates a Master 2 social law and HR to finally join the company and human resources. Originally from Paris, it was as part of her studies and her Master 2 that she settled in the Hauts-de-France region. Region that she will never leave since she falls in love with it. The meeting with her future husband may also have something to do with it! In November 2017, she joined the recruitment firm Keyman as an Executive Search specialist. She is recruited by Véronika … who is her best friend in life (her wedding witness all the same!). This profession fascinates her and enriches her daily. What she loves above all is understanding the motivations of candidates, their backgrounds, their strengths and correlating them with the needs of her clients. The good relationships she maintains with her colleagues are also essential for her, whether at Keyman or more generally within the BatKa HR business community. She appreciates the dynamic spirit that reigns there, the strong personalities, but also the opportunity she has to express herself and above all to dare! In her personal life, Marion appreciates being able to enjoy a good glass of wine or champagne, but always surrounded by her friends and family. She also likes to play sports (but really when necessary) 😉 In general, she is said to be a spontaneous, outspoken person with a strong sense of humor. She also frequently disturbs, despite herself, her colleagues with her (communicative) bursts of laughter!
