Julie has more than 10 years of executive search experience and has managed numerous searches for a variety of colleges and universities, for positions including president, provost, vice president, and dean. She is a former associate in the education practice of another search firm in Washington, D.C. Furthermore, Julie has significant experience in university administration. She served for more than 10 years in university admissions at Richmond, The American International University in London, with her tenure culminating as Dean of Admissions. Julie is also a fine art photographer who taught photography at Richmond as an Assistant Professor.
