Marie Lenarduzzi is a partner in the Firm’s Tax & Business Services Division. She works primarily with real estate, construction, and manufacturing clients that conduct business in multiple states and localities. Her focus is on accounting for income tax (ASC 740), tax planning and consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and income tax compliance.

Ms. Lenarduzzi started her career at an international accounting firm where she spent several years serving corporate clients in both the auditing and tax departments. She also spent time in industry, working for a privately held manufacturing corporation where she was responsible for all tax-related items, annual budgets, and financial reporting.

Ms. Lenarduzzi sits on Marcum’s National Tax Training Committee, is a performance coach working to mentor her team members, and oversees technical tax training for associates in the Midwest region as well as new hire orientation.

She recently completed the trusted advisor program through The Growth Partnership, a consulting firm assisting accounting professionals in practice management and development.
