Christian Bauer is a Partner in the Munich office. His focuses mainly on executive appointments in the Retail & Consumer and Industrial Goods sector. He also advises clients within the sports sector. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Christian Bauer worked as a strategy consultant. He supported national and international companies from the above-mentioned industries in various strategy and transformation projects. Christian Bauer holds a CEMS Master's degree in International Management from HEC Paris and a M.Sc. degree from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School Dublin. In parallel to his studies, he worked for one of the largest soccer player consulting agencies in Europe.
