One of the Senior Consultants of Ergene Consulting / HGA Group, Levent Kocaaydın is the Turkey Director of HGA UK, a London based executive recruitment company. Kocaaydın had his high school education at Kabataş Erkek Lisesi and graduated from the Bosphorus University, Industrial Engineering Department in 1982 with High Honour Student degree. He then had his master’s degree in the same department in 1984. He started his professional career in 1983 as an Industrial Engineer in Bozkurt Mensucat Sanayii A.Ş., a member company of the Koç Group. He worked in various positions in the Company for more than 15 years and in 1992 he was appointed as the Assistant General Manager/Division Manager. Of his professional career of more than 30 years, during the last 20 years he undertook several leading roles such as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Board Member and Head of Management Team in various industries including textile, garment, fashion retial and procurement. From 2012 on Levent Kocaaydın continued his work in the field of top-level executive selection and deployment consulting services in prominent corporations and multinational companies. He provides management consulting services to a number of companies operating in various industries, primarily textile, garment, and fashion retail. He is particularly active in the field of Supply Chain Management and Human Resources.
